The food pyramid

The thing you should eat the most of is bread, cereals and potatoes. You should have at least six+ portions a day.
The next most important foods are fruit and vegetables. You should eat five+ portions of these a day.
The next most important things are dairy products, including milk, cheese and yogurt. You should have 5 portions of dairy if your aged 9-18, 3 portions if your younger than 9.
The next most important is meat, fish and alternatives. You should have two portions of these a day.
The next most important foods are fats and oils. You should have no more than 2 portions of these a day.
The thing you should try not to have are foods, drinks and snacks that are high in fat and sugar. The maximum you can have of these is 1 a day or a week.
